Reservation, Deposit, And Cancellation Policies

  • RV check-in is 2:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 PM.
  • Cabin and motel room check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.
Reservation, Deposit, and Cancellation Policies
  • Charges for all reservations will be taken in full at the time the reservation is made.
  • Reservations canceled 31 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will be refunded, minus a deposit equal to one night's stay.
  • Reservations canceled 30 days or less before the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.

RV Rate Details

Rates are based upon 2 occupants per night & up to 1 dog. Ask about our 10% Military Discount. If you’re planning an extended stay, call ahead for our special discounted rates. There is an additional hospitality tax.

Smoking in your personal camper or trailer is permitted, however, the resort grounds are a smoke-free environment. There will be a $250 charge for violating the policy.

High Season
(May 1st – September 30th)
  • RV Sites 39’ and under $65 plus hospitality tax
  • RV Sites 40’ and Over $75 plus hospitality tax
  • 50A Service (all length RVs) $75 plus hospitality tax
  • Tent Sites $35.00 plus hospitality tax
Low Season
(October 1st – April 30th)
  • RV Sites 39’ and under $50 plus hospitality tax
  • RV Sites 40’ and Over $65 plus hospitality tax
  • 50A Service (all length RVs) $65 plus hospitality tax
  • Tent Sites$30.00 plus hospitality tax
Month-Long Rates For RV Sites
October 1st – April 30th
  • $950.00 + hospitality tax (no other discounts apply)
May 1st – September 30th

  • It is the responsibility of each owner to clean up after their pets and dispose of the droppings into a bin. There is a $250 fee for violating this policy.
  • Additional persons: $5.00 each, plus hospitality tax
  • Children 08 years and younger: no additional charge

Cabin Details

Cabins are available from April 1st through December 31st. Cabins are pet-free and smoke-free. Cleaning fees will be applied at our discretion for violation of our no-pet and no-smoking policies (see below).

  • Two Bedroom, Two Bath Cabin the rate is $350.00 per night with a 50.00 cleaning fee and hospitality tax, based on up to six(6) people.
  • There are no provisions for pets
  • Fully equipped kitchen

Rustic Camping Cabin

There is no bathroom in this cabin. The shower house is available for the guests.

$139.00 + hospitality tax
  • Additional Person: 30.00 plus hospitality tax
  • No Pets or smoking allowed. There will be a $250.00 per day fee for smoking or having pets in any inn or cabin room.
  • Children 08 and younger: no additional charge
